IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Small number venues for LMS and UMS candidates are accepted especially for Digital exams, at increased fees as follows:
   Note: (1) The above is true providing there are local GR801 Examination Day Staff (EDS) available! Where local means no travelling, subsistence and accommodation costs are involved.
   (2) If no local GR801 Examination Staff available within 60 kms, the school will be asked to cover the EDS travelling, subsistence and accommodation depending on distance.
2. The YLE fees of 47 € is valid providing the total number of YLE candidates in all levels exceeds 30 students. EDS availability is also of essence.
3. Teacher interested in training as Supervisors and invigilators may be trained between February and April 2026. Please contact for details
4. Late entries for Paper Based exams, (maximum 1 candidate/venue)
   a. before the Paper Set Date (PSD) – approx. 2 weeks after deadline – bear a surcharge of: 60 €
   b. after Paper Set Date, and for a maximum of 4 weeks after deadline, bear a surcharge of: 150 €
5. WITHDRAWALS made for medical reasons may be refunded if accompanied by medical evidence.
6. For YLE Exams: (1) Withdrawals are free even during the last week before the examination dates.
   (2) Late entries are possible even during the last week providing adequate numbers of papers have been ordered.
7. DIGITAL EXAMS – Can be arranged for any date, any time and for any number of candidates
8. Online Mock Interviews (OMI) may be arranged only for bulk application at a cost depending on numbers.
